We highly encourages you to try your suit in the comfort of your home and if you are not satisfied, we do accept exchanges and refund for Domestic orders (Canada) & US.
If the product is out of stock, we will let you know so you can pick a different style from the available inventory.
We do have a very small inventory so try to order your good size at first by referring to our sizing guide and let us know if you are hesitating between two size so we can best assist it.
International Orders can't qualify for returns or exchanges due to high shipping fees, contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding sizing and we will get you all sorted!
We accept only an exchange and returns if the following requirements are met:
You must send us an email to tell us you want an exchange in 3 open days following the reception of your swimsuit(s).
The swimsuit(s) must be returned to us within 14 days.
The swimsuit(s) must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place as well as hygienic protective liner.
The swimsuit(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way or we won’t be able to take them back.
SALES items and items bought with a promotional discount codes (except for the 10% off first time purchase coupons) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (exception applies, email us for special demands).
The original purchase receipt must be included in the returned package.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Onesea Swim address are not covered or reimbursed by us for International Orders.
Original Shipping cost are non-refundable.
HOW DO I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
- Please email us to explain your situation as soon as possible (within 3 business days) upon reception of your package. Include your order #, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return/exchange. If it’s a faulty return, please include a picture of the default.
- Wait for us to respond back with the return address. Put your swimsuit(s) in a secured mailer (you can reuse the original compostable mailer and tape it carefully or buy a new one at the Post Office), tape securely and go to your closest post office, pay the fees and send it back to us so we can replace your product with what you need or process a refund. *We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your swimsuit(s) in the return process. We recommend buying a tracking number option.
- Upon reception, we will inspect the swimsuit(s) and see if the return conditions are respected before either sending the correct size to you or partially refunding you (minus the shipping fee).
- If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return your suit(s) first, we will refund you (minus the shipping fee) and send your new suit your way. Re-shipping for exchange with a different style/size is afford by us for full price item and not afford by us for On Sale Items.
